QSO details¶
Click a callsign in the log, on the dashboard, or in search, and the contact opens. This is the place you correct a mistake, attach a card, and mark a confirmation.

qso-details.pngThe QSO details window, QSO Details tab, with Edit QSO visible. A second shot of the QSL management tab is useful if it fits.
The tabs¶
- QSO Details. The contact as it was logged: callsign, time, band, mode, reports, and the award fields.
- Station. Which station location the contact belongs to.
- Notes. Only appears when the contact has a note. Notes stay in Cloudlog. They are not part of an ADIF export.
- QSL card. Shows a card picture once you have uploaded one.
- QSL card management. Upload a picture of the card, and mark the paper QSL. Received via bureau, direct, or electronic. Requested via bureau or direct. Not required, when you are not going to send a card.
- SSTV. Only for an SSTV contact that has a picture stored.
Edit QSO opens this contact on its own form. The tabs there are QSO, Sats, Awards, Notes, QSL, Station, and Contest. QSL splits again into the paper card, eQSL, and LoTW, each with sent and received. Awards is the IOTA, SOTA, WWFF, POTA, SIG, DOK, state, and county fields. Contest is the contest name and the exchange. Save it and the awards recount from the new values. Change the station location only when the contact was filed against the wrong place. Moving it changes which logbook can see it.
Marking a card¶
The buttons on QSL card management are how a paper card becomes a confirmation. The full set, including the upload and View QSL Cards, is on QSL cards. LoTW and eQSL confirmations usually arrive on their own when those downloads run. A card that arrived in the post does not. Mark it here, or the award page will keep calling the contact worked and unconfirmed.
Delete, if you use it, removes the contact. There is no undo.
