The callsign menu¶
Your callsign at the top right opens your own menu. The cog, if you are an administrator, is the server. This menu is everything that belongs to you: the station, the copies of the log, the cards, and the radio.
On a hosted Cloudlog, Manage Subscription can appear under Account. It opens the page where that hosting is paid for.

The station¶
- Account. The login, how the site looks for you, and the outside sites you have joined. Your account. The callbook is a card on that page, under Third Party Services.
- Station Logbooks and Station Locations. The log you are looking at, and the places you operate from. Logbooks and locations.
- Bands. Which bands you log on, and which awards count them. Bands.
Copies of the log¶
- ADIF Import / Export. A log file any other program can read. ADIF.
- Other Export Options. KML for Google Earth, a DX Atlas gridsquare file, a SOTA CSV, and Cabrillo. Other exports.
- Third Party Logbooks. LoTW, eQSL, HRDLog, QRZ Logbook, and the QO-100 DX Club. What each one wants.
- Backup. A zip of your locations, your logbooks, and your contacts. Backup.
Cards, keys, and the radio¶
- OQRS Requests. People asking you for a card. A number on the item is how many are waiting. OQRS.
- Print Requested QSLs. The cards to print. Print requested QSLs.
- Labels. Address labels for the bureau and for the post. Labels.
- API Keys. A key another program uses to talk to your Cloudlog. API keys.
- Hardware Interfaces. Radios Cloudlog has heard from. Hardware Interfaces.
The bottom of the menu¶
Version opens a box with the Cloudlog you are running. Help opens the documentation. Forum is the discussions board. Logout is logout.
The cog is Admin. Operators do not see it.
Widgets are the public table and the on-the-air badge for another website. Cloudlog has no Widgets item. The recent-contacts address uses the public slug on the station logbook. The on-the-air address uses the callsign on your account.
Call History is a membership list, such as a club or a contest team. In Cloudlog it lives under Tools, Call History. While you type a callsign, Cloudlog can show that the station is on one of your lists.
