Labels

Your callsign, Labels. Address labels for the bureau and for direct cards.

Cloudlog needs a paper type and a label type before it can print a sheet. The two buttons at the top create them.

Picture needed: labels.png The Labels page showing a paper type, a label type with Use For Print ticked, and the pending table if you have cards waiting.

Paper types

Create New Paper Type is the sheet. The table shows the name, the measurement, the width, the height, how many label types use it, and the orientation, portrait or landscape. A packet of labels has those numbers on the box. Edit and Delete are on the row.

Label types

Create New Label Type is what gets printed on one label: the name, which paper it belongs to, the measurement, width, height, font size, and how many QSOs fit on one label.

Use For Print is the tick that says this is the label to use. A label with no paper assigned shows that in red, and the tick is missing until you give it a paper. Edit and Delete are on the row.

The pile waiting

QSL Card Labels Pending, under the two tables, is the stations that have cards waiting. Each row is the station callsign, the location name, the gridsquare, and how many QSOs are waiting. View QSOs opens Print requested QSLs for that location. Print starts a sheet.

Measure the first sheet against the packet. A label that sits a few millimetres high is a paper type with the wrong margins, and it is easier to fix before you print fifty.
