Maintenance¶
Admin, Maintenance. Three jobs, and you can ignore two of them until the page tells you otherwise.

Contacts with no station¶
QSO-DB Maintenance lists contacts that are not tied to a station location. A healthy log says every contact is assigned. If there is a list, it is usually from an old import. Pick the location those contacts belong to and reassign them. Until you do, they sit outside the station, and the awards and the logbook views that follow a location will not see them the way you expect.
Settings¶
Settings Maintenance checks that the language configuration is present. A warning here means the server's config file is behind the sample that shipped with Cloudlog. That is a job for whoever looks after the server, comparing config.php with config.sample.php. If the page says everything is fine, leave it.
Reference lists¶
Data File Updates refreshes the lists Cloudlog matches against. The timed jobs do this on a schedule. These buttons are for "I want it now".
- Clublog SCP, the super-check partial callsign list.
- LoTW users, so the logging screen knows who is on LoTW.
- DOK, the German district references.
- SOTA summits.
- WWFF references.
- POTA parks.
The country list is the other one, and it has its own page: Country files.
