What it reads

The WWFF reference on the QSO. The list of areas is updated from Maintenance. The account lookup fills the name and the locator when the reference is already known. A contact with the reference left blank never appears here.

Bands follow the WWFF tick on Bands.

Then the QSL type ticks. QSL and LoTW start ticked. eQSL counts when you tick it. Band and mode are under those. Show applies the form.
